Why have we forgotten the miners?
I consider the ADI Cryptocurrency Mining Summit a NY Blockchain Week event worth attending. Not that I think ConsenSys was not worth attending, but I feel like so much that has to be said about regulation of cryptocurrency has already been said… at least until the regulators issue so more definitive rules, until then we are just speculating.
The money transfer and tax regulations surrounding mining and validation activity, on the other hand, is barely ever addressed. Why have we forgotten the miners? Let’s remember the miners!
